At suzle. LTD, every backdrop bag is handmade, numbered, and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we can only accept returns if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.14 days to get in touch if there’s a problem.
We’ll always try to repair or replace first before issuing a refund.
