1. Introduction

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through suzle.shop. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Repairs Policy. Please read them carefully before purchasing.​

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18, or the legal age in your country, to make a purchase. By ordering you confirm that the details you provide are correct and complete.​

3. Orders

 

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect misuse of the site. An order confirmation email does not mean acceptance of your order until we send a dispatch confirmation.

4. Payment

 

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Refunds are always made back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Klarna and PayPal purchases are also subject to their own terms of service.

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

Details of shipping times, regions, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you once delivery has been made to the address provided. Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost due to incorrect details.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Repairs

 

Your rights are set out in full in our Returns & Repairs Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary:

 

  • Change-of-Mind Returns: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it if purchased online. You must notify us within 14 days and return the item within a further 14 days. We will refund the item cost and standard shipping, but you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: You have a 30-day right to reject faulty or incorrect goods for a full refund under UK law. We may first offer a repair or replacement if possible.

  • Sale Items: Sale and discounted goods are still covered by the 14-day legal cancellation right if bought online, but no extra goodwill returns apply.

  • Repairs & Aftercare: We will attempt to repair items wherever possible. Outside the 14-day cancellation period, we may offer a paid repair service depending on available materials.

7. Warranties & Liability

 

Products are provided “as described.” To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Our total liability to you is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed events due to late delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

All content on suzle.shop, including designs, text, images, and logos, is owned by suzle. LTD or used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.
